Chief Marketing Officer

2025 - Current

As the firm’s first in-house marketing leader, I built Chaikin Trial Group’s digital presence and content strategy from the ground up—launching TikTok (400+ followers in 3 months and multiple viral videos), growing Instagram (1.2K+ followers), and driving Facebook lead generation and retention. When I started, the firm relied almost entirely on word-of-mouth and lacked even basic systems like phone tracking or weekend intake, causing many lost inquiries. I identified the gap and streamlined intake by merging call tracking software with our case management platform, so no lead slips through. I also raised our website’s Domain Rating from 4 to 9 in 5 months, boosted organic traffic by 452%, and drove 53% week-over-week growth. My cross-channel efforts have already secured 5 high-value personal injury cases worth an estimated total of $2.2M. Along the way, I self-taught advanced tools like Ahrefs, WordPress, GA4, Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, and Canva, delivering results with resourcefulness and innovation despite limited initial infrastructure. TLDR - I wear many hats.

2022 - 2025

Copywriter, TechArk Solutions

I began as the sole copywriter editing and writing websites, blogs, and other materials for a range of industries: defense, automotive, pharmaceutical—the list goes on. Now with the Content department built from the ground up, the best part of my job is thinking of new ways to marry content with design and the near 85 clients I've worked with.

2022

Catalog Manager, Streiff Marketing

As an intern turned Catalog Manager two promotions later, I managed over ten e-commerce accounts making optimizeable content on Amazon. This involved SEO keyword research, product listings and descriptions, inventory management, social media posts, promotional deals, and tons of Excel sheets.

2021 - 2022

Legal Assistant, Goldman & Associates

Here, I refined my linguistic precision, preparing confidential litigation documents, court hearings, and client interviews for traffic and criminal attorneys and paralegals.

2019

Blue Bloods Screenwriting Intern, CBS

My career was born in the Writers Room of one of America's longest-running scripted procedural series and beloved cop dramas, writing mock-up scripts and learning the television industry ropes. I am especially proud to have helped write the logline for Season 10, Episode 2: "Naughty or Nice."
